How to renew your loan for each semester

As stated on the George W. Wright Students' Aid Fund Application:

"7.  If you desire to renew your loan, each semester you notify us by letter of your desire to renew the loan for the next semester.

8.  We must emphatically point out to you that the burden is on you to keep us notified.  No loan is renewed without your request."

To simplify the renewal process, you are required to:

1. Download a Loan Renewal Request Form
2. Form must be received by GWW Student Aid Fund by:
   • September 30 for Fall Semester
   • January 30 for Spring Semester
   • Deadlines do not apply to trimester/quarter
3. Form must be printed, completed, and mailed to:

                            George W. Wright Fund

                            P.O. Box 187

                            Mercer, PA  16137

Please note: 

• If you do not know your loan number, please send form without it.  Loan numbers will be printed on future check stubs, which should be kept by you as a record of total money borrowed from GWW fund.

• If for some reason you are unable to print a form, simply mail a letter requesting that your loan be renewed.  Include your name, address, school, and for which semester you want the money.
